Xtra Care Providers are urgently looking for experienced Health Care Assistants for work across Essex, Suffolk and Norfolk for day or night shifts. Successful candidates must be willing to travel and must be car drivers.

All candidates must have a minimum of 6 months paid experience within a similar role.

Criteria
Successful applicants will be required to complete in house induction training to include:
- Moving and Handling
- Basic Life Support and First Aid
- Infection Control
- Safeguarding of vulnerable adults
- Fire Safety
- Health and Safety
- Record Keeping
- Basic Food safety
- Basic Medication management
Essential Criteria
- GCSE Maths and English or NVQ Level 2 or 3
- Basic IT skills
- Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal
- A minimum of 6 months paid experience in Health Care within the last 3 years
- Will be required to be signed off as competent at the induction training
- Available to work a minimum of two 12-hour shifts per week including 1:1 support
- All Xtra Care Providers Staff will be required to complete and obtain a minimum 60% in Level 2 of The Deprivation of Liberty module
- Eligibility to work in UK
