Our vision of care is underpinned by our person-centred approach to ensure that each staff is welcoming and giving clients their independence, choice, dignity and the highest standards of care are valued above all else.
Our care workers recognise the wishes of the clients, treating them with dignity and respect. A personal introduction can be arranged between the client and the care worker, prior to the commencement of care.
We operate a 24 hour back up service with a trained and professional staff available to deal with any emergencies. The 24-hour back up service means that nobody will ever be left unattended.

Xtra Care Providers deliver care across several counties in England. Our duties are to help clients to remain independent in the comfort of their own homes.
This is to reassure you that our well-trained staff will assist you with your personal care, meals preparation, day and night sitting services and live-in-care. Xtra Care Providers offer clients the opportunity to maintain an independent lifestyle as much as possible.
We work in conjunction with family members and other healthcare professionals to ensure that the most reliable and supportive of care packages are in use.
